Hi there.
I know exactly what are you looking for because I am in the same position
myself.
So, as you have discovered already, toast is intirely inaccessible.
Unfortunately, there is not a similar or even close alternative so far.
You can use burn, which is very accessible, but it does not have as many
features.
Since I switched from windows almost 3 years ago, I have been looking for a
good cd dvd recording software with no success. In windows, I was using Nero
and I was happy with it.
Now, before anyone comes lecturing us about features and recording software, I
would like to be able to write a cd or dvd to multiple recorders at the same
time, I wish to create an image from data folders, mp3 files or audio cds etc.
I would also like to make multiple copies from an image or folder.

So the conclusion. Use burn it is free. It is accessible. There is another one
in the app store called disk blaze. It is ok, but has some unlabled buttons.
If anyone else has a suggestion for a program like this, please chime in. It
will be appreciated much.

Nektarios.
