Hi Kate,

You have to do this within iTunes.  what I did was to copy this link 
http://blindy.tv/all.m3u

 then go over to iTunes, and follow the steps I described earlier.  You'll find 
Open Stream fairly far down in the list, it's after HomeSharing.
