I accidentally erased the email, but to the person wanting to set shortcuts in Skype, you can probably do that. There is a way to set a keyboard shortcut for any command that appears in any menu of an app; you select the app, enter the menu item, enter your shortcut, and there you go. I haven't looked at Skype (I don't have it) to see if the "answer call" item is anywhere in a menu, but if it is then this method should work. I wrote a guide on how to do this: http://bit.ly/SY6PPp
