          Did you check the box for hotspots when you were creating the 
activity?  This should save any hotspots you create for that activity.

set an activity in which I include hotspots within that activity.  I have 
focused myself on the search box within the music source.  I then hit 
vo+shift+0 and set the hotspot 0 to jump me to the search box.  Well, it works 
just fine until I either restart Voiceover, or until I quit ITunes, and reopen 
it.  What in the heck could be causing Voiceover to do this.  It's obviously

it keeps consistently breaking.  Truthfully, it's driving me insane!
