Chris,

I have used Carbonite on Mac's and PC's… Windows XP, 2000, 2003 Server, 2008 
Server, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. I also have used it on Mac OSx Snow 
Leopard, Lion and Mountain Lion…

None of these had any issues whatsoever, with JAWS Pro on the Windows side and 
Voice Over on the Mac side.

I've never had an issue and find the control panel perfectly usable.
