Hello Brandt, It's very difficult to track changes in Pages using VoiceOver. You can find which page a change is on, and you can read what has been changed to what, but you can't find where on the page it is.
This sounds weird, but the track changes appear in a separate item on the page and the visual clue is not visible to VoiceOver. If someone absolutely has to use this facility, then I really wouldn't recommend the Mac as it will only lead to disappointment. I've never had to do this but I tested it out for someone else, so I'm not experienced in this field. It would be helpful if someone who's done this sort of thing before could try it out, too.
