Make sure your player is supported. Download rockbox for your player. Go nuts. It's 100% accessible and mostly usable unless they've recked it in the last couple of releases. They're aware of voiceover and while they've never bothered to make the utility accessible on windows, hopefully they won't go out of their way to break the voiceover accessibility.
