To download
1. Open your wizard.

To upload
1. Press option plus letter u.
2. you will want to browse for your folder, so please tab to "browse"

ever the file is located.
4. tab to a pop up button that says documents or whatever you have cozen. tab
again to the list, interact with it and choose your file.
5. Press vo space bar on open and it will begin to upload.. Do you want to know
how to enable a sound or have it email you when the file is finished uploading?

Thank you, but I have files uploaded---my VM Fusion dmg file that I need
to download back to my mac that I reset it. I can hightlight the file
so it shows selected, but shft-vo-m does not bring up the context menu,
and I am unable to tell how to download it back to my mac with the wizard.
