Ok, there was a download link through bugzilla's web site, so thought it was a 
piece of software, how are you supposed to operate the site then?  I didn't see 
instructions on how to operate it when I clicked the about, and more info, or 
whatever the other link was called in order to learn more info about it, which 
I unfortunately don't remember the exact name of right off.
