Hi Scott, This question, and related topics about managing list subscriptions like going "no mail", seem to have come up a lot recently. You can make changes from the "Manage My Memberships" page for your Google Groups accounts at: http://groups.google.com/groups/mysubs?hl=en_US&pli=1 You may be prompted to log in with your email address and password for your Google Groups account before you can reach this page. (Note that the email address is the one that you used to create your Google Groups account -- not your current email address, which may be different. Like the Apple ID, Google adopted a login username in the form of an email address in order to ensure the login user name would be unique.) If you want to switch to another email address that you have already authorized to post from. you can set it up in the pop up menu button for your subscription. If, as is more likely, you want to add a new email address, then you should link on that page for "My Google account" to navigate to your "Account Overview" page.

All you need to do is type search terms into the search text box and press "return". You can either bookmark the web archive page for this list, or use TextEdit to compose a short, 3-line web shortcut file with the URL of the Mail Archive page for this list that you can place on your Desktop or in the Dock, and that will open your browser at this page when you open the file. (These files can be emailed as attachments, and will also work on Windows machines.) There is a recent AppleVis podcast and posting about how to create such web shortcut files, and my post in the comments on how to create such files for the Mail Archive web pages for this link.
