Hi. I converted one file that I had downloaded from itunes to mp3. the app is totally accessible. there is a toolbar where you go to add files, the dialog is a standard one you get on your mac. Once the file or files you want to convert have been added you click start. I don't know if it will do it every time but the app then asked me to choose an output folder. I now have a folder that says mp3, followed by another folder with the date as it's name and then the converted song. There is also a settings button where you can change bit rate and stuff. Oh and a pop up button to choose the format to be converted to.
