To copy the current link to your pasteboard, do a command L to get to the 
address bar, command a and then command see to select all and copy to 
pasteboard respectively.

These are all mountain lion/OS X/system commands, and have nothing to do with 
voiceover.

Free list of voiceover and Safari commands, you can look in the help section of 
voiceover.
