I am stumped and need some help. I am using Lion on a Macbook and am working with text edit. I have tried to create a disc image of an individual document so it would be password protected but have not been successful. I have been able to create a folder disc image that is password protected in which I have put files. It won't, however, let me edit the documents inside the disc image folder. I've repeated the process, checking each step but can't find where I'm going wrong. I've been told it can be done with Pages, but can I edit if I'm using text edit and creating the disc image with the disc utility?
