Hi Pam,

I am not sure exactly what you mean by does the "Should I Sleep" app interfere 
with other apps? It does in the sense that it keeps the computer from 
automatically going to sleep under certain circumstances. Using the app has not 
prevented any of my other applications from running properly.

Should I sleep just exists in the extras menu. It does not have a system 
preferences pane. This is why I think it would only be accessible with 
VoiceOver on Mountain Lion.
