HI Matt, If you go into the mail, contacts, and calendars area of system preferences, and go to the new accounts table, you can interact with that. then you'll find buttons for twitter and facebook, and you log in with your credentials, then you'll have access to those. If you're talking about how to share something, you can press vo+shift+M on it, and you should find a share submenu with those options as long as you've added the accounts in system preferences.
