If you are willing to pay via paypal, my company can offer you podcast
hosting for as little as $10 a month, and absolutely no html except for
maybe creating the html markup to put the link to the mp3 file itself on the
page would be necessary. Basically if you are ok with each eppisode typing
<a href="u r l to mp3 file">What you want the link itself to say</A>
then that's all the html you'd need to know. I might even know a way to get
around that possibly.
