This is very vague on details; if you provide us with information regarding 
what settings your bank uses, what settings are typically recommended by users 
of the site, browser version, cookies, java, etc. we may be able to provide 
some more helpful ideas.

Hopefully it is just a small setting, and I also sometimes find clearing the 
cache helps.
