I confess, I'm kind a new to Goodreads, and only recently have started using
it. I've had the app for quite some time on my phone, but really just
haven't dived into it really heavily until now.
I absolutely love! what I'm seeing so far, and man! has it given me some
excellent options of books to try out reading, however, I do have a
question. I know a while back when I first got the app in November of last
year, I tried searching for a book. I'm 99.9 percent certain I did this
from the app, and not the web site. I remember that the book did not come
up in the list of search results. I'm just trying to remember what I had to
do to manually add the book to the list of results so that I could manually
put the book in my shelf. I know it can be done, as I did it way back when.
I just can't fcor the life of me remember how on earth I did it. I don't
see anything anywhere in the app that will let me do it. I'll admit, I've
not looked at the web site terribly terribly thoroughly but I didn't seem to
see anything that would allow me to do this. I'm just wonderring if anyone
on here who either uses the app, or the web site, or both, knows how to go
about doing this. I have a few titles I've read which aren't showing up in
the results. I have their titles, authors, and easily enough can get their
i s b n's, and publish dates. I just need to know once I obtain all that
info, where on goodreads to go in order to manually add the book. Aside
from that though, I think I'm getting the hang of it quite well.
Actually the other question is, I don't have an actual GR account. I sign
in through my Facebook account. With that said, how would other people find
me on Goodreads so they could follow me?
