This is the part that really has me confused. I have a Plantronics Audio 995 (i 
think it's called) and Station playlist sees it and can select it as a device, 
but toggling of monitor doesn't work. Either i get all signal in the head set 
or none at all and the latency is still there. I don't blame the program nor 
the explanation thereof, i blame user stupidity and a big amount of fluff in 
the head department. Could you please tell me what settings to use?
