Hi, I just use wordpress either the website or IPhone app version. I don't use Marsedit or anything like that. If you know basic html then it's really easy to quickly do things like add links, headings and bullets, even images. As for getting followers, Twitter is more the thing for doing that. Let me know if you've got any specific questions. I don't use Audio Boo or Goodreads.
