Hi all, As promised some weeks ago, I have finished initial work on a collection of Applescripts to speak useful information when you want it. Until I can come up with a better name, I am calling this project "Talking Dashboard".
This zip file includes scripts for time and date, wifi status, bluetooth, ram, CPU, battery, the clipboard content, sound information (sorry, not the sound device name yet), and mounted disk information. There is also a readme.rtf file which i ask that you read completely before asking me any questions, since it explains the template system and everything else you should need to get started. I still welcome suggestions for improving the existing scripts and for creating new ones. Also, the below link is not the final resting place of these scripts; once I have an actual website set up I will let you all know.
