Hi, You could copy the file from iPhoto to your Desktop, open it in QuickTime from there and use the Sharing options built in to QuickTime. Depending on the size of the file, you may not be able to eMail it as many ISP's have size restrictions. QuickTime, though, has excellent compression so is able to usually make your file a sharable size.
