Yes, I know about the sync but when I first sync everything to the mac, for 
some reason it didn't go and sync older episodes. I think it might actually 
have something to do with certain podcasts only making their episodes available 
for so long, meaning if you were to get a new iPhone or add Downcast to a new 
device you can't transfer everything unless they are all downloaded. I stream 
everything.
