If you're meaning Lion Diskmaker, beta 3 is out, which let me go through the process, until it wished to erase my disk. Then it said the operation couldn't be completed. I tried several times. So, I tried beta 2 as that was what the read me that came with the program indicated with a link, and that seems to have completed the install disk. As a disclaimer: I have not clean installed yet. This list has been a very good resource for the pitfalls and victories Mavericks has been in the first few days since release.
