Hi, I’ve never used Radium myself, but there are some apps like Google Drive and DropBox that run more like a Service and thus don’t appear on the Dock. They can still be added to the Dock though by locating the app and pressing the cmd-ctrl-shift-t key combination. Only items that the MacOS considers applications are placed on the left side of the separator whereas documents and folders placed on the Dock are put to the right of the separator.
