You might want to give a careful look at the page once you click on a video.  I 
have often seen it happen that the volume gets reduced way down.  One morning, 
it was reduced way down to zero.  This is one thing to watch out for.  Can't 
think of anything else but to make very certain that you do in fact have the 
latest flash.
