After an initial successful sign-in on my MacBook, I went back to the site some time later and it asked for my password. I have tried multiple times, and I am positive the password is correct, but it keeps returning to the log-in screen with the message "Sorry, an error has occurred." I tried clearing my history, but this did not work. I have written to Bookshare support, but past experience is that I will not hear from them for some time. Is anyone else experiencing this?
