Hey Ibreheem,

Yeah I think those are two different issues, and I am getting the same issue 
that you are of opening a page but being kept on the same page. I reviewed my 
settings in VO Utility and safari last night, and am pretty sure it is a bug as 
I couldn't find anything that was set incorrectly. Just hoping this OS update 
that should be coming soon fixes some of these issues. Thanks, Brian
