Following Karsten's request I just built new Debian packages from the
trunk of the "bugs" project. The build went fine and the results can be
checked at bugs.maemo.org.
The latest changes were:

Resolution LATER and REMIND documented. Deprecated and Obsolete.
Fixes bug 2365.

Modiefied the Bug Writing Guidelines to better suit maemo.org
Bugzilla. Or rather [% terms.Bugzilla %]. *sigh*
Based on the text by Andre Klapper, fixes bug 1288.
