Hi,

I have no opposition. With a Canadian council member now, though, we'll
probably end up pushing the meeting back regularly, and I have trouble
making evening meetings these days.

This sounds like excessive optimism to me :) More frequent meetings are
only shorter if they're run with an iron hand, and we tend not to do that.

This is probably true, though. What we found in the past was bi-weekly
meetings meant that there was little progress to report - which makes
for frustration all round. Monthly meetings mean that there's more to
report, but also that it's easier to lose sight of the monthly goals if
you're busy with other stuff.

Cheers,
Dave.
