IIRC, the intent of the clause was pretty much for this situation, although perhaps the use of the word "nomination" is sloppy and ambiguous. Of course, *technically* the wording is all we can go off :-) If Robin's name on the ballot doesn't fall under this clause, the consequences are undefined. In that case, I'm still not sure I'm convinced with Dave acting without consultation.
