In regards to the community program, I think we should let people such as 
itsnotabigtruck and schturman have devices, people that aren't part of 
launchpad and have no means of getting devices other than their contributions 
to the Harmattan Community. There are a lot more, but it seems most known 
developers for Harmattan have N950's or N9's.

There is already a precedent con the coding competition. You can discuss
the details out of this thread since the seeding part is resolved. Let's
