I'm starting to tire of this pattern of behavior.

This is not IRC or TMO, not that this level of immaturity is acceptable on 
those media either.  But this forum, in particular, commands a bit more respect.

If you want to ignore someone, just do it. There's no need to announce it or to 
try to belittle others before doing so.  Doing either of those reflects more on 
YOUR immaturity than it does on that of the person you're trying to insult.

Keep in mind every time you do something like this now, you're not just 
damaging your own reputation, but that of the entire council.  How hard do you 
think it will be to get stuff done if people feel council is acting childishly 
and squabbling about useless things while important items go undone?

Focus.  We have far more important things to do than deal with petty personal 
arguments.
