I'm doing some feasibility study on Qt application usage. Some problems
listed :
* memory usage (especially if running qt and gtk at the same time)
* inputmethod integration (i have it 'kind of' working, but needs much
more work and maybe even some evil hacks (tm))
* theming (well, not so big issue, but needs to be done anyway)
* instability with some applications from Qt 'examples' directory (needs
investigation)
* qemu and 'uic' (ui compiler) do not seem to play well together
Main reasons is that many KDE applications already have tweaks to fit
small devices, since they run in some QTopia/Opie environments.
But I assume these tweaks are targeted for the framebuffer version of Qt
and we are running X.
