AFAIK, no. However, I'm not so sure it even makes sense since there's already pand on the system. If you want to have a D-BUS interface for PAN the effort would be best directed at the new D-BUS daemon that will be included as a standard part of bluez (see bluez-devel mailing list for more info). I think PAN is also one of the first priorities of the INdT guys who are working on it.
