just to let you know. I updated the archive with README and easy
startup/shutdown script. Yesterday I also found someone created entry
'HP iPAQ Bluetooth Folding Keyboard' for me in Application WIP list

I updated it too. For further progress check this entry, I won't spam
this mailing list anymore.
As for the pairing, this is managed inside btkbd startup script by doing
'sdptool browse' which possibly triggers the pairing before starting
kbdd so the onscreen keyboard is still available.

Also, if you open /dev/rfcomm0 using kbdd, it seems to snatch the
on-screen keyboard away, so there's no way to enter the "0000" pairing
code needed.
