Opposite that, I'd like to be able to send a dbus message that *forces* the locking of all the hardware keys, while running a kiosk / control-panel application. I want to be able to enable them only when an application-specific sequence has been completed by the users (e.g. holding down a set of buttons, or entering a password), in order to protect the device from tampering.
