On 770? It shouldn't work, at least there's no code which runs
if-[up|down].d scripts. Unless I'm missing something...
It must be part of pppd, because trust me, it works. I've been working on porting an NTP client to the 770 (chrony) and that was the easy part.
But thanks to the people on this list, I was able to finish a daemon that monitors DBUS "status_changed" messages and executes a script accordingly. The comments I got here were right on, I appreciate the help. I need it.
I'll be posting the source shortly for comments and was hoping for some feedback about better integration with gtk (as well as syslog and error handling).
