If you check what that is with 'file' command (in Scratchbox), you'll
see that all .launch binaries are shared libraries. I.e. you cannot
run them directly.
Instead you should run osso-voip-ui (which is a link to maemo-invoker
which tells maemo-launcher to load & run the .launch library). Or
send the ("load this file") D-BUS message to the application (with
auto-activation flag set).
