No it is not there. It is not bugfix and would require extensive testing so this can be expected. Making hack that works for most people is one thing. Making it official feature that is guaranteed to work is something different. Even if the feature will be part of mainline kernel it is still a question whether MMC controller in OMAP1710 is guaranteed to work at 48Mhz since it wasn't probably designed with high speed mmc modes in mind.
