Well, I don't really see it as forking since no independent development is expected or desired,
but that's a matter of definition I suppose.

An alternative is to point to robot to the debian source packages. The robot has half-baked functionality
for this, that I could finalize.

I will look into this to see how much work would be involved and then get back to this.
