Xv is not a nice API to use for retrieving video from the camera.
AFAIU, XvPutVidio leaves the CPU untouched. But I don't know if this is possible
at all no N800.
Use
V4L2 to get the video, and Xv, via Xv(Shm)PutImage, to send it.
Btw., although I have a XvPutVideo man page, XvPutImage is missing. Where
are the docs about these?
