What is missing from my packages (and probably others) is a properly maintained NEWS file, and maybe a channel to make these NEWS files easily accessible from the Release Notes of a OS release. I don't maintain the NEWS file since I don't make proper releases of my packages: I just make snapshot after snaphot and then suddenly its over and the OS is released, containing whatever was my last snapshot.
