A diff from 3.2 and 4.0 libconic's headers show that the only changes are in the comments (Renaming type from OssoIc* to ConIc*). The same applies to this [1] version of libconic. So, looks like that the bora/3.2 guide and examples can work without further modifications in chinook/4.0, unless there are other changes not documented (yet).
