I have the same sad problem. In my case I asked for my N810 a month ago, and they cancelled the order because the had not enough units.
But as I understand they didn't marked back my code as unused, so I have my code blocked. I sent two emails to quim gil and called twice to Nokia Shop, No result till now. NEITHER A SIMPLE ANSWER!!! I lost to much time now to simply give up, but if Nokia needs 3 monthes to make 500 tablets available to developers and codes work correctly, I don't trust them to solve a so complicaded thing as sending you and me another correct code once they check codes were not efectively used.
