Hi, I'm testing Pluthon Eclipse plugin too, I've created a sample application using wizard, but when I try to start it, I get the error you see in the subject of this mail.
Notice: I can SSH into the device using USB connectivity (so I don't think it's a connection problem). p.s: here you can find all the log generated when I try to launch it: http://pastebin.ca/989639 I hope it can be usefull for you.
