Hi all I started installing the SDK on an amd64 box at home during the weekend, and had the thought of doing that in a KVM virtual machine. I didn't quite get finished yet, but (being new to this virtualization stuff), decided to write down what I've done so I can repeat it if needed, and decided to put that directly in the wiki instead of scribbling notes on the corner of some piece of paper.
