Hi, You have to compile the 4.5-diablo branch from http://gitorious.org/+qt-maemo-developers/qt/qt-maemo with the mer-fingerscroll branch merged in. This will result in libraries being built with finger scrolling enabled.
So far there haven't been any official or community-port versions with this enabled by default, but hopefully that will change soon. Thanks, Andrew Ville M.
