Does it? I have to try harder, then. I always need to put things like
this into my debian/rules to get non-empty -dbg packages:
override_dh_strip:
dh_strip -plibgq-gconf0 --dbg-package=libgq-gconf0-dbg
dh_strip
Time to have a look at the debhelper docs again...
