it seems that the hardware is quite sensitive to reboots, but if it works after 10 reboots or so, it should keep on working. if it fails, you should be able to send it to nokia and get your money back. ps: you would have known this if you had searched the list-archive: http://maemo.org/pipermail/maemo-users/2006-January/000474.html
